Please allow us to make announcement as follows: 近红外光谱
1) Call for abstractsDeadline for orals: May 31
Deadline for posters: August 31
Abstracts can be submitted online at www.nir2009.com.
Please submit your 1-page abstract using the template attached and refrain from adjusting page setup nor font sizes.
2) Registration
The early registration, hotel reservation and tour booking will be started from June 1st.
The early registration deadline is August 31.
Conference registration can be done online using credit card payment.
However, hotel and tour booking have to be done on paper-base system.
The hotel booking form is attached and the tour one will be put on our website very soon.
The conference can provide 200 rooms at conference rates of 100/105 USD for single/twin incl breakfast.
3) Tour
Pre- and Post-conference tours, accompanying person tours and airport pickup service can be reserved through our official travel agency using the NIR2009-Tour Booking Form attached.
4) Airfare
Thai Airways International is offering the "Best Bookable Fare" for all NIR2009 participants.
Information about procedures to obtain this fare will be announced our www.nir2009.com in Transportations page by June 5.
