Venue
NIR2009 will be held at the Amari Watergate Hotel and Spa (http://www.amari.com/watergate/). The hotel is a five star hotel located in the heart of Bangkok called Pa-thu-nam area (can be translated as Watergate). Many active areas (Siam square, World Trade Center) and station for Bangkok Sky Train (BTS) can be accessed by short distance walk. Through the express way, the new international Suvarnabhumi airport (http://www.airportsuvarnabhumi.com/) and the domestic Donmuang airport (http://www.donmuangairportonline.com/) could be reached within 30-60 minutes.
Accommdation
The organizing committee have got a very special offer from the Amari Watergate hotel. At present, the prices for deluxe room (photo above) are 100 USD/room (net) for single used and 105 USD/room for twin used (including buffet style breakfast).
In order to fulfill the contract between the hotel and the organizer, we are very much encouraging the delegates to make the hotel reservation thorough Conference Secretariat. For student or delegates who want to use a twin room and want to ask us to find your roommate, please send your requirement to Symposium Secretariat (nir2009@naro.affrc.go.jp).

Meals
All meals provided during the conference will be arranged in buffet style. Halaal food will always be provided for Muslim delegates. If you have special food requirement, please do not hesitate to contact the Symposium Secretariat.

| 1. | Abstracts: The abstract can be submitted online at this website from 1 March 2009. |
| 2. | Format of abstract: The abstract should be submitted in .doc or .rtf format (please avoid the use of .docx format). The abstract should contain sufficient information including Introduction, Meterials and Methods, and Results and Discussion.
